Ofogh Alborz Industrial Group is an independent industrial group owned by the private sector. This complex started its activities with the aim of meeting the demand of wire and cable market, by constructing equipped factories on a land with an area of 35,000 square meters in Lia Qazvin industrial town in the field of production of low voltage cables in 1993; And now it specializes in the production of low and medium pressure copper and aluminum wires and cables used in the industries of electricity generation and distribution, construction, petrochemical gas oil, automobile manufacturing, transportation in Iran.

Ofogh Alborz completed its product portfolio with the installation and commissioning of modern machines for the production of medium and high-pressure cables in 2004, and it increased its annual production capacity to 30,000 tons in 2007.

In 2010, with the aim of completing its value chain, this company set up a factory for the production of various types of copper wires with a capacity of more than 100,000 tons.

At present, this production unit, having a set of up-to-date machines and equipment, capable manpower and adapting its products and services to national and international standards, responds to a wide range of demand in the country's wire and cable market. In addition, by going to the list of suppliers of most large companies and organizations in the country and exporting to Turkey, Armenia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Russia, Georgia, etc., it has received the title of national sample exporter for several consecutive years.
